What do you do when you wake up feeling overwhelmed? I woke up this morning feeling that way and started crying within 15 or 20 minutes. It feels like it's going to be a long day. (sigh)

since i am unemployed now....i just let it out and go back to bed for a few. either way...let it out.

Let it out and then get a shower and do somehting nice for yourself or write in a journal even

Thanks guys. I am unemployed too, so I know what you mean bmoney. I may take a hot bath or a shower. If I lie down, I'm afraid that I will start obsessing about things and stress myself out.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
