I love my ferret. He always pops his head up and hops around excitedly when I walk toward him. He likes chasing my feet and hiding in my purse. He lets me hold him whenever I want, whether I'm happy or not. He doesn't mind if I get tears on his coat. He doesn't say mean things to me... Actually, he doesn't say anything at all. But somehow we're still able to communicate. He's just one of my favorite things that put a smile on my face and make me feel better when I'm down.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
My horses did the same thing for me.
My cat makes me laugh all teh time with the silly espressions on his face, the way he 'merbs' at me and teh way he's alwasy at the door when I come home. He does the same to my fella, he's lovely.
My gerbils make me laugh so much too, they're also doing silly things like using their wheel to poo in and stuff lol
God Bless Pets....Animals!
My two rabbits can always cheer me up when I am upset, and taking care of them: feeding, cleaning their cages, keeping them company, etc. helps give purpose to my day, even if I don't feel like doing anything else.
I truly think that owning a pets is one of the healthiest and most therapeutic things one can do.
