I don't know what to say to people. I'm hurting, I'm hurting. God it hurts. Nothing helps. Meds aren't doing squat. Therapy's only making me feel worse. I want to die. I don't want to post here because there's really nothing you guys can do, but I don't know what to do.
It hurts it hurts it hurts. I can't stop it. I can't sleep. I haven't eaten properly in nearly a week. I just don't care. I want to die.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
You need to make an appointment with you Doc. Tell them your meds are not working.
The best way to track your progress and how you feel each day is to start a journal that you are willing to share with your Doc.
Second.........try some relaxation techniques.
I have been there. I tried to kill myself in 97. I was feeling just as you described.
Know there is hope. You have to drag yourself along and get some sleep. Sleep is the most important in healing the mind and soul.
Do you have some benadryl or Tylenol P.M.
If so try them and drink lots of water and then do some relaxation techniques. take yourself to the Doc in the morning and demand to be seen.
Please let us all know how you are. We do worry.
HUGZ and love.
Hand on all my hopes are that this feeling will pass for you
