Listen, laynie messaged me and told me she message 3 people last night with her phone number and information to call an ambulance, but that they weren't on line. If you were one of those people, please message me, because she has not gotten back to me with her information, and she needs an ambulance. I am afraid she wont send me the information.
She said she'd be right back, she needed to clean up a mess, but that was like 5 minutes ago.
I will not give out the information or who gave me the information to anyone on the boards, I am just very worried about her.
Thanks
Julie

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
The board will have ISP information, the police can use the information to track her whereabouts.
I spoke to the ems out there, and they are/probably already have dispatched an ambulance to laynie. Thanks for all your support, and a special thanks to always and osteoron, who were very supportive to me.
