Depression - Teen Support Group
Teen depression is marked by persistent sadness, discouragement, loss of self-worth, and loss of interest in usual activities. Depression can be a temporary response to many situations and stresses. Teens may be more susceptible to depression due to the normal maturation process, the stress associated with it, and conflicts with parents as they become more independent.
I am not in any position of the sort but I am glade that you want some help with things. I hope that you find what you need.

Even though I have a journey still with getting my health better im trying to make the most of it.
Something that I do that might help is called Treasure Mapping. I dont take pills because they made me worse and this helps me amazingly You cut out pictures or find pictures of things you want out of life and then you write an affrimation about that thing. One of mine is "I eat healthy I live healthy I am calm and relaxed" (thats one that is less personal). Then you glue the pictures and the affirmations onto a board or something and say them to yourself every day and whenever you need them. You dont have to tell anyone or do it infront of anyone or show it to them and the thngs on the map do come true. I know and know of a lot of people who did it and no matter how big or small the things on the map were they all came true. Even mine and my illness's were only supposed to get worse and their going away! I can reccomend a book if you want to try it or to read it, just send me a message. Thers a few rules to it so if you dont want to buy the book ask me. Their not hard rules just a more effective way.
