do any of you ever think being labelled as a "depressive" makes you worse?like if youre told you have a chemical imbalance in your brain and you reeeally believe it..it dosent really do much good..the more you believe youre sick..then the sicker you would get right?..makes sense to me..then meds..i personally disagree with using them to treat "depression"..pinning your mental health on a pill..just seems so wrong to me..since i was diagnsosed and practically force fed meds this is what i believe..personally they just made me worse..iv gone to psychiatrists..and all they did was ask me questions for an hour and a half..write stuff in this little notebook..then send me home with a prescription..they never told me ANYTHING..does any of that make any sense to anyone..? : /

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
