For the past about 2 months I have been feeling really depressed. But lately it is getting worse. I don't like talking to my friends or going out of the house. All I can think about is all of the bad things that are happening to me right now..I really want to see someone about it. The problem is my mom doesn't think I need help. She thinks I am just having teenage angst, but I think it is more. I want to talk to someone. There is a teacher at school I am considering talking to but I am afraid that they will think I am just a whiner or that there isn't a problem and they will think I am stupid. I don't know what to do.
