i have suffered from depression but i felt that i got through it. But lately i have felt like i did when i had depression. The thing is that there has been nothing really to trigger it i mean i have had stuff but its daily stuff like huge huge arguments with mum and stress at school but i dont think those things are what caused me to feel this way. Anyone out there who thinks they could shed some light on this would be greatly appreciated because my way of curing it i don't think is the best thing but its the only thing going through my head...it's a release
