I have been struggling with depression for the past three months, and I don't know what to do anymore. I have tried the medicine, and that made me even worse. I was told to find a healthy sport for dealing with this. I tried bowling, but that only made me more mad and depressed. I gave up on bowling, but I don't know what else I can try. I start a job today, but I don't know if that is going to help me or not. What should I do?
