I came down with major depression 2 years ago. Before that I was normal for 20 years. I underwent open heart surgery triple bypass, followed by a foot ulcer, bankruptcy, by wife left and now I am divorced. I have not worked for a year and a half. I want to go back to work. The only way I can see to do this is by shear will power. I can't stand sitting or laying around all the time.. any suggestions??

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
