What is the best way to support someone with depression and anxiety? My husband would like me just to do everything for him and for me to just except that he has depression and anxiety. He wants to just sleep. He works minimal hours- while I work full time. I try to resist asking for his help, but I can't do it all alone and when I do ask he says I don't understand what he is going through. I do understand, after 3 years of this I've ended up on Lexepro myself!
