I recently moved a year and a half ago. I immediately found a doctor and she diagnosed me with clinical depression. She did not perform any test and she made this diagnosis after about 5 mins. with me. She also told me I had Fibromyalsia within the same 10 mins. She wanted to put me on Cymbalta, but I told her I had taken it before, but it made me gain weight, so I didn't want to take it. She said she would refer me to a Psychiatrist to monitor my meds and the psyc would have to prescribe them. I went to the physc and she was absolutely an idiot. She gave me whatever I asked for. Anyway, I changed jobs about a year ago. I don't have insurance. I haven't taken any kind of meds in a year, and I have been going through menopause. I am so depressed that I don't want to leave the house. I have another condition that has gotten worse that I've had for over 40 years. I just don't know where to turn. I suppose I know the answers, buy my own insurance, find a doctor, etc. I can't even bring myself to do these things. I did find a broker and purchased insurance, but then after they took my money, they didn't even have a doctor on their list within 25 miles from where I live. Ha! I can't trust anyone. It's all about ripping people off. I have moved about 10 miles from where I originally lived when I first moved here, and haven't seen a doctor and don't know one. I guess I'm just venting, but how do I know what doctor to go to for help? I seem to have so many issues. Any advise is greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
