This poem is about the one thing everyone has experienced from time to time, at one or more times in our lives, That is, When someone barges in on you without Knocking! It's Called "Forbidden Entry".
Forbidden Entry (Part 1)
------------------------
When If you Enter, Proceed with Care,
Only First do Knock, Yes, That is Fair.
This Request I make, Please Beware,
Do not Neglect, If you Dare.
This I Say, and I must Forewarn,
Deal without Haste, in thus, Save your Crown.
Pay such Heed, Learn your Lesson,
For without Obedience, There'll be no Blessin'.
This I Say, and with Due Respect,
Follow these Orders, and with no Regrets.
Act in Peace, Do not Detest,
Enter your Plea, Make no Contest.
Now your Hand is ready, Go Ahead,
Make your Move, or Leave Instead.
The Choice is Yours, No matter the Deed,
You'll end up Dead, when there's no Retreat.
These Few Words may Save your Life,
'For When you Enter, Do without Strife'.
If what I Charge sounds Good enough,
Then you may Exit, from off my Turf.

Forbidden Entry (Part 2)
------------------------
You have Failed to Obey, It is Sad to say,
Now I must Repeat, in perhaps, Another way.
These Rules I've laid, So Easy to see,
Why the Punishment you Seek, It is to be.
In Disregard, You Failed to Pass,
This Simple Test of Patience Past.
You seem in Attempt to Regain my Trust,
Now is too Late, it is your Fate I Enthrust.
The words I relate, "Are Harsh," you say,
"Just Loyalty and Honor are Hard to Play."
I knew You wouldn't play it my Way,
Now you are Sentenced, and You must Pay.
Eternity is Now Laid Before your Eyes,
The Time has Come, to Pay your Tithes.
A Plea of Guilt, This You have made,
To Pay your Dues, and without the Hate.
Your Life has Ended, This You had seen,
"An Intrusion so Rude, Oh, How could it be?"
There is No Way Out, and There are No Dice,
For a Forbidden Entry, It is the Only Price.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
