I have very rare medical condition. There probably is not 10 adults with my medical condition in the country. Newborns are being saved now by getting my kind of medical condition. So there many newborns and infants with what I have. I do not know how nice that is My kind but not necessarily as bad sometimes worse.
Chronic mild to moderate dehydration and malnutrition is causing early degeneration of body organs including my brain. Because of my attitude and tons of exercise docs are saying that such will offset the degeneration some. However, lately, maybe months now, I have noticed it is getting awkward to process self-thought. To very much overly simplify, it is like this, Instead of thinking the "The mountain is high", or a separate thought, "The sky is blue", it is like, "The mountain is blue." This is most simplifying the symptom. I am afraid that my brain cells are stiffening up from the dehydration. It seems to be progressive. Is this dementia. I do not what to go on record at any hospital or clinic with this. That I am most worried about. I do not want the bureaucratic system butting into my life.
I much most would like an informative person tell me that this paranoia thinking or craziness. But, I very much am practiced in listening to my body it has saved my life a few times.

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. All dementias are different. No two are alike. Just as personalities differ, so does the manifestations of our brain damage or diseases.
If you want superior medical assistance and information, you might check with the Mayo Clinic and have a work-up.
They have all sorts of insurance professionals that can work with your doctor and medical coverage, as well as offering information for help in affording care if you are unable to financially cover the costs.
Most persons facing serious medical issues rarely are working at all, or able to work at jobs that afford a salary or insurance coverage.. They know this and will work with you.
Good luck.
