My wifes dimentia is in mid stage. Most of the time she functions in a way that no one would know there is a problem so long as her medicines are right. If meds need increased or decreased any, then it is easy to tell she has a problem. She always has some of the common symptoms like not knowing people she does not see regularly, or problems with decision making etc. The problem that I am having the most trouble with though is her behavior. She is often loud in public & acts inappropriate at times in my opinon. If I try to either correct her or remove her from the place or situation, she gets extremely angry with me. The anger can last for days. When she gets angry, she speaks as though she is completely aware of what is happeneing. It makes me wonder if she is using the dimentia as an excuse for her behavior. It really gets me upset & sometimes I snap back in defense. She gets over the anger though as fast as it comes on. She may carry it out 2-3 days, but then all of a sudden everything is o.k. & she may even say she does not remember being mad at me or that I should know she gets over it quickly. I'm just not sure what to do. She says I am not trying to understand her or condition. This is exactly opposite of the truth. Thanks, Bill

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
