Could someone please tell me how you go about explaining to your family member that they can't live alone anymore and they need to be in a facility that can care for them? My sister and I have tried to explain to our mother that she has been evicted from her duplex because she has been calling the property management people all hours of the night for no reason. So they have given her 90 days to find somewhere else to live at the age of 88 she's completely confused and worried and knows she has to move but doesn't know why. Legally I've been told that the management can evict someone without a reason if they give them 90 days to get out personally, I think it's cold blooded of them to do this to her but legally I don't think we have any recourse...Mother has told me and my sister that you might as well put me in the ground before I will go to a convelesant home.
