through this horror? I left my husband at his brothers house for the week to give me a break. The love of my life has become my tormentor. There is nothing happy or pleasent about him. Being with him offers me no comfort, no joy, no companionship. This highly intelligent man has been reduced to a simpleton, who literally twiddles his tumbs for hours. How do you live on when there is no end to the pain? And when the end finally comes I will be exhausted and so alone. He was my knight in shinning armor and now I can't wait until I leave the house and get as far from him as possible.
