Hi everyone, I am a new member to the group. I just wanted to intoduce myself. I have advanced disc degenerative disease which is very significant for my age. I have undergone two Micro-lumbar discectomies in the last two years. The first surgery was two repair my herniated disc at the L3-4. The second surgerion was done a year later to repiart the L3-4 which herniated again and my L4-5. I have very little disc left at my L3-4. I also have bulging discs below the L4-5. I suffer moderate to severe pain on a daily basis especially in my hips and legs. I understand what everyone is going through on here and the difficulties we face . I hope I can share my experiences and help other people on here and draw support from other members to help me get through the life I have been given.
