Well I got the ESI Thursday and I decided to give it the ultimate test......sitting. Needless to say after 30 minutes or so I started to feel the same ole pain in my lower back...sigh. Well i guess I better start talking to my neurologist about the fusion surgery and get on the road to recovery and rehabilitation. The sooner the better, im getting tired of sitting at home and its not doing me good mentally having to deal with this crap.
