I am new to the support group and just wanted to say Hi to everyone. I was diagnosed with the disease last year ( finally ) and have been looking to talk to people who suffer from the same disease. Although I also have other ailments, DDD is my main problem. I go to a pain management center once a month and a chiropractor 3 times a week. I am on oxycodone and Gababentin. So far, 4 discs in my back are affected so I am not a candidate for surgery. I have had 3 steroid injections which did nothing to help me. I have alot of difficulty walking and now walk with a cane. I am 48 years old. I am at a loss as to where to turn next. Any thoughts?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
