I want to let others know that you can get disabiity for ddd. I am 36 and have been dealing with this since 29. I take 13 rx's a day and went in front of a judge twice. The first time he denied me and I appealed to the appeals council myself and got a remand which is when I hired an attorney. The second hearing lasted 5 min max because their dr's confirmed what my dr's were saying about my condition and all the surgeries I have had. If you are fighting for or thinking about applying for disability it can be done. Most of it i did on my own. My attorney only showed up for the hearing the second time and the other work I did myself. Don't give up and if you are entitled to it you should receive it. If you ever have any questions or need help please let me know. I will always be willing to help you.
