Has any one had any spinal surgeries? I know that since mine I have been walking but I still find myself extremely stiff, In pain, and have trouble moving around and walking on some days. I have numbness in my feet and my butt is numb. I wake in the night because of pain when I move in my sleep. My surgeon, informed me that I may need to have a spinal fusion but I'm scared to have another one. It's been a year since the first and I thought that I would be much better than I am and not suffer from the pain in my back and legs anymore and would be able to return to work. It doesn't look that way. It kind of depressing at times.
