I am so out of shape, both cardio and physically, I really need to start excercising, but what? I'm still nervous to be too aggressive with my leg as i had a large dvt ( still have it although they say I do have some blood flowing through there now) which went from my knee to my groin. I really need to start doing something. Does any have any suggestions, besides asking my doctor, cuase according to her she still hasn't even given me the ok to start having sex again! I am 5.5 post dvt dx.
