Hi everyone! Can anyone tell me what the PT in PT INR stands for? I know I must have been told by the doctor and I heard previous numbers mentioned but I was so focused on the INR level that I ignored the PT. Today when I had my test my PT was 23.9 and my INR was FINALLY a therapeutic 2.6. So what is the PT and what should I know about this number?
