Hi everyone. My name is Jenny, I am 31 years old and have recently suffered from a DVT in my upper left leg. I was finally diagnosed in March 2007 with this and have been trying to deal with it since then. I am in great health otherwise and we have narrowed down the cause to a change in birth control pills. I know that there are alot of worse off people than me and I consider myself one of the lucky ones to have found it and get treatment. I am really looking forward to a supportive community. I have a bit of anxiety about everything and do not know anyone else who has ever suffered from a DVT. I really would like to hear what's considered "normal", so that I can stop worrying about every little ache and pain. I look forward to making some new friends and sharing this experience with you!
