All right good old lovenox. I loved giving myself shots 2xs a day for about a month. Ok enough with the sarcasm. I had this happen to me a few times. A Doc at the coumadin clinic informed me to be sure to grab a nice chunk of fat, and insert the needle rather quickly. keep an eye on the size of the bruising. What i used to do was draw a circle around it and monitor. If it gets larger, it may be of some concern. I have been off of lovenox for about 8 months. You can still see most of the puncture wounds. I also feel the scar tissue under my skin where i injected. Fortunately the bruising i formed went away. You should experience the same. Just be sure to keep an eye on it. ;]

I sometimes bruised from the injections too. I am unfortunate...or maybe fortunate? to not have any belly fat to inject into so the shots really hurt me. I did find that the further away from my belly button the better the result was (less pain and bruises) I also tried to pick a place where I couldn't see in little veins.

I found that I bruised the most if the needle was at an angle when it went in. Try making sure the needle is going in super straight. Also, grabbing a lot of flesh helped too.
