I have just been released from my 6 day stay at the hospital and am still awaiting my initial coumadin level to stabilize at a level above a "2". I am on 10mg. Having to take daily medication is new to me and Coumadin is not my only medicaton (also Lowpressor). My first outpatient INR is scheduled for Thursday. I go back to work on Wednesday (I am a teacher). Currently I am feeling extremely exhausted and also a little cloudy in the head. I don't know if this is just because of the hospital stay or because of the medications. Starting my dietary restrictions with all of this seem very overwhelming. Can anyone give me advice on how to make the adjustments I need to make and still "feel good"?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
