I'm 17 and had my first DVT three months ago. The doctors haven't found a cause for it yet as I didn't have any of the risk factors so it's been a bit of a shock for me. I am a very active person and enjoyed running and dancing, I haven't done either since the DVT as I still get a lot of pain in my leg even after walking. I haven't really been given much advice apart from wear a compression stocking and take it easy. Just wondering if anyone can give me any advice as to how I should get back into exercise and if there is anything I shouldn't be doing. Any help would be appreciated.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
