I'm 20 and had a DVT in my left leg due to possible May-Thurner Syndrome. My doctor never gave me a CT scan so I have no idea but they did put a stent into my illiac vein in my lower abdomen. After thrombolitics was done a year ago and the stent put in, I have had hip pain ever since. It's the kind of aching pain that never truely goes away but subsides to a more tolerable level. I was just wondering if anyone else has this same kind of pain and what is it that you do to relief this hip pain. I have been using a heating pad on my hip when I need to sleep and cannot find a comfortable sleeping position. I also have problems sitting with my legs crossed and laying down my left hip. Hopefully someone else shares this same pain as I do.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
