Almost 4 weeks ago I lost my dad. I am stuck somewhere between devastation and disbelief. It is hard for me to make it through a day without feeling like I am going to fall apart but I have to keep it together. I keep going through all the what ifs and if onlys. I just miss him so much.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
