I'm approaching my uc with diet too and I recently had a Food Allergy test done. I found I'm highly allergic to soy, rye and goats milk and mildly allergic to other foods. A Holitis Dr recommended that I only eat the zero tolerance/no allergy foods for several weeks before I start trying to add anything. Has anyone tried this and has it worked? I'm also cutting out gluten and dairy. I've been experiencing the worse flare up I've ever had since Oct '08 and I'm getting desperate.
