I have found over the years that although there are many, many things I can no longer eat with Chrons there are ways to get the flavor of certain things into what you can eat and that often helps to satisfy all those cravings for the no-no's. For instance, I can't eat pizza but now and then I can eat the crust so I just make sure it is ordered with the toppings I used to like and then scrape them off. The flavor is there anyway. Or doing a pasta salad. I miss a good tossed salad but of course that basically is a no-no too so I do some pasta, put some dressing on it that I can tolerate and like and at least there is some satisfaction there. What do the rest of you do?
