I got sick in January of last year, rotten egg burps, they thought I had ulcers. I was treated with nexium, it got worse, I got a "blockage" at my pyloric valve...procedures and many of them later, they decided to do surgery. What they said was I had annular pancreas and turns out I have a three inch incision that didn't need to be there, but if that was the least of my problems. I've been diagnosed with anything that sounds similar, I'm at a great teaching hospital and I guess I'm in what I'd call a remission. They finally said that I have Crohns and that's what caused the blockage, but it was in my stomach, so it has Dr's puzzled. I don't have the typical CD symptoms, I'm starving all the time. I got sick at 150lbs, dropped down to 122 from all the thowing up and I'm not back up to about 140. Now, instead of having stomach pain I have pain right before I have to have a bowel movement. I keep telling people I can feel it going through a "bad" portion of my intestines, and then I'm fine. I've been having a little nasuea lately too. Anything anyone can say will help me out.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
