One time, I ate a Wendy's hamburger and threw it up for 3 days. I now control the pain with pain pills and compazine. You sound like you have a block. When my intestines were severly inflammed, this was the result. PLEASE go see your doctor, an upper GI with a small bowel follow through would give you your answer.

My bowels were shut down and the doctors considered surgery.
It's my understanding with crohn's your intestines can narrow and become blocked.
When you are in a bad flare you become inflamed and your guts can stop working.
You must see your doctor!
