Flax seed oil has done wonders for me. You can buy it cold pressed at a health food store and if you can handle lettuce or greens, you can use it as the oil for your salads and add herbs to flavor it. Soy milk, and veggi cheese are great substitutes for dairy. You can make a pizza with a pilsbury pizza crust, veggi cheese (mozz flavored) and if you can handle sauce... get a can of hunts. Its not too bad and you can always dilute it with water to cut out some of the acidity. Steam veggies in a steamer to keep all the nutrients in them. Even if you make them soggy, at least the vitamins won't run out in boiled water. Fish and seafood is easier to digest for me.. and if you are missing red meat try a yellow fin tuna steak. If you season it right... its AWESOME!!! I have heard rice flour is great to make breads and other stuff if you have problems with wheat. The breads will appear more hard and stiff though. You can steam a head of cabbage and mash it down to make a mashed potato mixture. And so I am not rambling on.... here is a good chicken soup recipe
2 chicken breast cut in cubes
2 reg size cartons of organic chicken broth
Chopped up veggies (however much you want)
2 bay leaves
Sea salt to taste
Alittle cracked pepper
Heat broth, bay leaves and veggies to boil. Add chicken. Cook throughly.
