After a year struggling with Crohn's, I'm recently in remission. Unfortunately, I just got a cold virus from my kids and am feeling pretty bad -- tired, coughing, some chills/hot feeling (but no temperature), runny nose, light headed, slightly upset tum. (My doc said that it is ok for me to take my Humira injection if I don't have a fever or a "productive" cough (which I read to mean phlegmmy).) My problem is that I need to travel tomorrow for an important business matter during the rest of the week. I'd like to minimize my symptoms as much as possible so I can tolerate the travel and be on my A game (at least my B+ game), without doing anything to trigger the Crohn's or make the virus worse. Any advice? Thanks.
