Hi there - I have been fighting a flare up for a while. I've had it under control a few times. After a week of no symptoms I have tried to start running again. I take it easy, a slow 30 min on my treadmill. Both times I have tried after a few days of running I flare again. The first time this happened I was sicker than I have ever been. So here I am a week with no symptoms and I want to try again. Is it possible that running caused the symptoms return or is it likely just a coincidence? I would love to hear your thoughts and experiences.
