i recently was told that i have uc instead of crohns....um well what a relief and i still have to be tested every two months to see if i develop crohns since it runs in the family.....NEways i digress, i've been on asacol for two and a half months and from the day i started taking it i was in remission...life has been gr8. Until 2day, UC came back with a vengence, i take clidnium/cdp capsules for the pain when it comes on....2day was the first day it came on...and i can tell these pills helped but the pain was the worst i've ever felt and i'm just wondering if anyone else has been "trotting along" in remission and then BAM! your in super cramping, pinching, stabbing, put me in a fetile position with a heat pad pain. I was feeling so good and felt like "yeah i can live", but 2day put me in a lot of doubt. Of course my anxiety disorder doesn't help so maybe its just me......tia
