this message is for my mother. she loves the way that activia makes her regular. only, when she goes to work on a boat in the sea she cannot take any yogurt with her. i suggested she take probiotics, since they helped me so much. does everyone else agree? is there anything else that maybe she should consider? and should she take probiotic just while she is on the boat, or take them all the time. and im pretty sure that probiotics is just a supplement and wont interfere with her blood pressure medicine, but i guess i should check on that too. thanks.
