Hi. I am in a bad place and need some guidance. I was dx with left-sided UC in Feb 2008. I went to see a new GI and he sent me for testing b/c I have not achieved remission(or possibly never have) for any significant length of time. He also thought I might have Crohn's and not UC. I had a CT done last Thursday and they could not see into my left colon b/c the contrast had not yet reached that part of my intestine. But, everything else looked fine. I don't get it. Is it possible to have Crohn's and have a normal CT? Has anyone else had difficulty getting a proper diagnosis? What helped? I am also feeling okay one day and then quite sick the next. Anyone else? It is making me CRAZY and very depressed. Thanks for reading and for any help.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
