I've been off of Altace for one month and was told to restart after one month which is tomorrow . I was taken off because of dry throat and progressively my BP got worst with each day from 120/80 to now 153/103 left arm and 147/97 right arm . This is relaxed and happy (happy as can be under the circumstance of feeling weak and groggy)My Blood oxygen is a whopping 98% and pulse 73 so yeah I'm relaxed but with a tight chest and occasionally I can feel spiders crawling (sensation)under the skin where my heart is only ,and doctors who don't seem to be overly or maybe concerned at all . Should I be searching for new doctors or can anyone explain this oddity of great blood oxygen and okay pulse but horrible BP ? I see a family physician and internist but they are one of the same because the internist dictates to the General Doc on diagnosis and treatment . The only other thing I can tell you is I have terrible cholesterol 5.88 @ MI and 5.95 triglycerides after 6 months of statin(no change).
