After switching pain medicines and trying new ones, I once again have been put on percodan. I am sitting here right now at 2 in the morning in so much pain I can't sleep. I honestly don't think I can take much more of this horrible pain. I had been on a morphine sulfate pain medication, but the side effects just did not make this a viable option for me, although the pain was far more manageable for me. And along with the pain, it makes it far more difficult to breathe and have had to take 2 DuoNeb treatments within the past 3 hours. If anyone has any advice or recommendations I would greatly appreciate your help.

i'm so sorry to hear about your pain. would your doctor consider methodone? my hub has to take that for his back. im not sure what it would do for you. he also had lidocane patches that he stuck on himself, like a bandaid. that helped relieve his pain on certain spots. good luck finding something to help you. and don't give up. i'm sure there's something out there for you. margaret

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
