COPD & Emphysema Support Group

COPD is a progressive disease characterized by airflow obstruction or limitation. Emphysema is characterized by loss of elasticity of the lung tissue, destruction of structures supporting the alveoli and of capillaries feeding the alveoli. Both have symptoms that include shortness of breath, among other respiratory troubles. If you are a COPD or Emphysema sufferer, join the group and find support.

I had to look it up but it seems to be treatable. Might be better than copd in the long run, hope so and good luck.

sounds very scary to me.
I hope you have mild & found early stage: "Churg-Strauss syndrome is a highly variable illness. Some people have only mild symptoms. Others experience severe or life-threatening complications.

Churg-Strauss syndrome has three stages, or phases, each with its own signs and symptoms. Not everyone develops all three phases. Nor do the phases always arise in the same order. This is especially true when the disease is caught and treated before the most serious damage occurs."

I am also leaving this discussion for COPD and emphysema . It is enough to deal with on your own as it's a lot to deal with! The trouble breathing, the fatigue but you all know since we all have it in one stage or another!  That would be the time to come together .   I care about you all and hope the best for everyone !  But the bickering and talking down to people is not for me . I am sad...
