Was diagnosed w/copd in early 2007 after being hospitalized due to lapse of breathing. On oxygen for 2 weeks, got off, then did pulmonary exercises at gym for a few months. No smoking then, but took up again. A relapse a month ago due to my breathing and lack of energy put me on oxygen full time. Have a new doctor (insurance) who is more active in sleep disorders. I want to exercise at home as much as possible. I'm on oxygen 24/7 and want to get stronger to get out without oxygen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you kindly.
