I never expected this to happen so soon. Husband is in hospital. He started in with sharp stabbing pains in his chest. I tried for 3 hours to get him to go to hospital. He is so stubburn. H said he would possibly go to doctor Friday. I was scared and looked on google, pulmonary with swelling of leg. Up right away popped Pulmonary Embulas. I read it aloud to him and he finally decided he better have it checked out. We went to ER and they did several blood test, x rays and CT scan with contrast and the doctor came back about 2 hours later and told him he better thank me because I saved his life. Sure enough he had PE. He has 2 blood clots in left lung and 1 in right lung. He was in intensive care for 2 days and they finally moved him tonight to a regular room. He has had 4 bags on emural and being watched very closley. I hope he will be able to recover and come home in about 5 days. Totally exhausted and hungry so I will catch you later and update. This all proves never take anything for granted.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
