I do not have health insurance. I was looking for pulmonary Dr's in my city. They all want health insurance. I am facing the prospect of having to go to a out of town facility. I am planning on the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio. I have been in touch with them, and someome there said yes. My question is: How do I find out about a Dr's qualifications. They are all good Dr's. I need to know what to look for in a specialist? o
