I was told by local doc to stop smoking and he would take me seriously. Had phneamonia last year and bronchial obstruction this year. cut out the cigs but have had tremendous trouble with lethargy. Is it the copd or the lack of nicotine. wont be tempted to return to smoking as just cant breathe. Cravings i can handle but the lack of energy is driving me insane - spend most of my time sleeping. Any handy hints for getting my act together.
