I came out to my best friend about being bi, and now she wont talk to me, not like shes mad at me, but she avoides me makes conversations short and wont call me. Help!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
If she's still uncomfortable around you after that, try to explain to her that you're still the same person you've always been. You just don't like boys the way she likes them, and that difference is just an intrinsic part of who you are. If she wants to continue a friendship with you, she has to accept that part of you and understand that you're just trying to be happy the only way you know how.
