I just went through my first round of Chemo for Stage 3, I am having a hard time with the side effects, wondering if anyone had tips on how to handle nausea and jus tthe over all crummy feeling?

I just cut the back yard....it is in 90s outside...my grass was very long in some areas since there are some different grasses out there and the tall stuff grows faster! I konked out the mower a few times....I continued into the side yard which I had to stop mowing for few minutes to move things like two rocking chairs and two tables that sit in front of the BBQ which is under the only yard light...
I tore up a bunch of boxes and I'll continue tomorrow. I want my two little nieces to visit before their mommy's maternity leave ends. It's so hot to focus in this heat, but I am proud of what I got done and I think I'm swimming with my nieces next week at a local pool.
