im in encor right now but not even 10 minutes ago i was thinking i was going to die. i was sitting in math and my stomach was just killing me. i mean major pain! i felt horrible. after class i went wanted to go straight to my encor so i could put my head down. on the way there i got really light headed.i got really hot , my face started to go numb and all the people were getting fuzzy. my legs felt like they were going to give way. i had to stop walking for acouple seconds because i thought i was going to faint. last night i didnt eat much because the thought of food made me want to throw up. i wasent in the mood to eat at all. anyone know what that is. all i know is that it scared the crap out of me.this might not be a cold but i was wondering why this happend

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
but drink warm water, try and rest eat plain food at regular times even if its just a slice of toast and see what happens
